Anybody doing this again this year? not sure who it was that created the league last year but there's an option to just renew the league rather than having to create a new one.

Tactically played my free hit this week and loaded up my defence with 3 Chelsea 2 Leicester and my attack/mid was all Liverpool/Man utd - all went tits up and I got my lowest ever score of 20

Cheers Dolph I get it, I actually then must have got lucky once before when my automatic substitution was the highest scoring reserve, I didnt realise they had to be in order , thanks.I thought they were listed from left , GK DEF MIDF and FORWARD, not who you wanted to come on as i would never have put O connell a sheffield utd defender first option as they were playing Liverpool, but I get it now.

From left to right, excluding keeper, is the order of your substitutions.
The only thing that effects that is the following requirement
You need a minimum of 3 defenders, 3 midfielders and one striker.

Ok ,can anyone answer this please.This is the first year I have played this and some of the rules I dont get.
This week I had
Kiko (wtf) Van Dyke (liv) Soyunku (lei)
De Bruyne ....Sterling...Capoue...Willian
Ayew...Kane...Vardy
Vardy did not play and my reseves were Gazzanaia (1) O Connell (1) Zouma (1 or 2) Douglas Ruiz (7)
I thought that Vardy would be replaced by Ruiz , but instead he was replaced by O Connell and my formation switched to a 4-4-2. Why was O Connell selected as my automatic substitution and not a 3-5-2 with Ruiz replacing Vardy? Thanks in advance

choose the players you want to change
put them in your team
click - make transfers - then free hit option should come up along with taking points hit

I made Vardy my captain last night, but only got 40 points. I had used my triple captain thing already (if that's what it's called). Got 11 for Tielemens, too. Not bad. Unfortunately, I had Aguerro in my team, who only got me 1 point!

If I was a real football manager, I may have just been sacked.
Thought the team needed a boost so played a very early free hit, took out the Sheffield United striker as he was always on the bench, he came on and scored. Put two Man United defenders in as I thought there would be a clean sheet and to make matters worse, one got booked. I also had Rashford as captain and due to his penalty miss scored zero!
Fucking disaster.

I had Pukki in the one I run for my wife at her work.
In ours, Lanzini coming in for Anderson was decent but that was really all.
I worry (but hope) Jimenez is doing an Illunga.
